Park Avenue & McGrah Sites

The Park Avenue and McGrah site has recently had some remodeling completed on all 82 units.  We installed new oak kitchen cabinets and new countertops, new windows, tub surrounds, textured the ceilings, and painted the interiors.

The apartments are all single story brick duplexes consisting of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms.

Amenities include washer and dryer hook-ups, furnished appliances, central heat and air conditioning, A 7200 square foot facility is home to the Head Start preschool program.  This wonderful educational opportunity for children and parents is located one block from this complex.

A convenient mart, thrift store and a pharmacy is within walking distance.  A City park offering, ball fields, a playground, tennis courts, and picnic shelters are a couple of blocks away.  The City bus runs a route through this site to assist with transportation needs.

Gas and electric utility allowances are given for each apartment.  Utility deposits are not required. We pay the water and garbage collection service expenses. Cable television is offered at a reduced rate.  Telephone and internet services are available at the resident’s expense.

Mayfield Plaza and Huntsman Manor Sites

Mayfield Plaza (55 apartments) and Huntsman Manor (35 apartments) are complexes available to house senior citizens.    If you are looking for a peaceful living environment with a country-type setting; yet, located in the heart of the City, then this is the place for you.

Both complexes offer 1 and a few 2 bedroom units.  All units are single story apartments equipped with emergency alarms when assistance is needed, central heat and air conditioning, and the appliances are furnished.  Some units meet ADA requirements for accessibility features.

There is a Laundromat available for use by our residents.  The Mayfield Plaza site has the Senior Center, which offers the Meals on Wheels program and other activities for socialization on a regular basis. Huntsman Manor has a community room and offers several beneficial programs of interest.

Residents are within a mile of the Downtown Glasgow Square, government offices, retail business, grocery stores, pharmacies and other businesses of interest.  The Glasgow City Bus offers a regular route through both sites and is available daily to meet transportation needs.

We provide water and garbage collection at no additional charge to residents. Cable television is offered through our office at a reduced rate.

Schoolhouse Drive Site

The Schoolhouse Drive complex is located in a quiet residential area in Cave City.  The apartments are single story duplexes offering the availability of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. 

This complex is about ½ mile from our E.P. Terry Estates, Cave City location.  Similar amenities, such as shopping, schools, medical offices, etc… are also available here.

There is an age appropriate playground on site for children. The apartments have central heat and air conditioning, furnished appliances, and washer and dryer hook-ups.

Utility allowances for gas and electric are provided for each unit.  No utility company deposits are required for the gas and electric.  Water and garbage collection service is provided at no additional cost to the resident.  Cable television, telephone and internet service are available at the resident’s expense.

Bunche and South Morgan Sites

As you can probably guess by the number of locations listed above, this complex is scattered around Glasgow.  This is our largest site with 98 units of all different building types.  Some types include townhouse (2-story), duplex (all single story), senior walk-up style, a couple of single family dwellings and some ADA accessible units.

All units have central heat and air conditioning, washer and dryer hook-ups or a Laundromat facility close by.  The appliances are furnished in each apartment. 

The City bus does run through each complex to address transportation needs.  The units are close to schools, grocery stores, city parks, service agencies and convenient marts.

Gas and electric utility allowances are given for each apartment.  Utility deposits are not required. We pay the water and garbage collection service expenses.   Cable television is offered at a reduced rate.  Telephone and internet services are available at the resident’s expense.

Robinson Court & Joe Traylor Complex

The Robinson Court and Joe Traylor complex is one of our smaller sites with 27 apartments all in brick duplex style buildings.  The apartments are all single story consisting of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms.  We do have an ADA accessible unit at this site.

Amenities include washer and dryer hook-ups, furnished appliances, central heat and air conditioning, Adjacent to the complex is a City park with a playground, basketball courts, and a covered picnic shelter.  The City Bus runs a route through this site for transportation needs.

Gas and electric utility allowances are given for each apartment.  Utility deposits are not required. We pay the water and garbage collection expenses.   Cable television is offered at a reasonable reduced rate.  Telephone and internet services are available at the resident’s expense.

200 E.P. Terry Estates

This family site is located in the heart of Cave City with easy access to many amenities.  The complex is only a few minutes from retail stores, convenience marts, post office, schools, and the hospital.

There is an office on-site with a community room and a Laundromat.  The Head Start program is available at the property as well.

The apartments are primarily townhouse style with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The 4 bedroom apartments are single story units. We do offer accessible units meeting the ADA requirements. 

Utility allowances for gas and electric are given to each resident based on the unit.  We provide water and garbage collection service at no cost to the residents.  Cable television, telephone and internet service are available at the residents expense.
